Hello my name is Joe E. Statum III, and I am the founder and owner of Joe E The House Buyer.  My company specializing in all sorts of real estate investments including rentals, rehabbing and real estate purchasing.  I have been involved in real estate investing since 2003.  I am a lifelong resident of St. Louis, Missouri.
